The following is a comprehensive list of beverages that can be made from espresso. It is important to note that once again, milk is always steamed before brewing espresso; therefore, directions for milk-based espresso drinks assume the milk is ready. (All these Recipes are based on a 12 oz. Serving)

Espresso: Double Espresso
• 
4,6, or 8oz. Cup
• 
2 shots of espresso
Hot Café American:
• 
2 shots of espresso
• 
Fill with water
Iced Café Americano:
• 
Fill cup with ice
• 
1 shot of espresso
• 
Fill with cold water
Cappuccino:
• 
2 shot of espresso
• 
Fill with equal parts milk and foam always pouring together in a steady stream. The milk pushes the cream out and up forming a caramel colored ring around the surface of the drink.
Iced Cappuccino:
• 
Fill cup with Ice
• 
1 shot of espresso
• 
Fill with cold milk
Café Latte:
• 
1 shot of espresso
• 
Fill with steamed milk leaving room for a ¼" milk foam cap.
Iced Latte:

Fill cup with ice

Café Mocha:

¾ oz. Chocolate syrup

Favoring Tips for Espresso Beverages:
When adding flavored syrups to hot drinks, they should be the first thing added to the cup.
• 
8,12, and 16 oz.- call for 1 ounces
• 
20 oz. Calls for 2 ounces
When adding flavored syrups to cold drinks, they should be added to the cup after it is filled with ice.
• 
12,16, 20 oz. - call for 1 ounce
